The mission of TLA is to cultivate independence and improve quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, within a community, day and residential environment.
Turning Leaf provides monthly enrichment programs that positively affect the individuals and allow them to maximize their creativity.
Our programs promote innovation, socialization, and the opportunity to give back to others within the local communities.
We hire, train, and support staff by providing knowledge and equipping them with the many tools necessary to perform the essential job duties and beyond.
