Turning Leaf is a boutique agency providing continuous residential supports to individuals in Eastern Connecticut of all ages and abilities. We foster an environment of growth and development. We encourage individuals through personalized plans to strive towards goals that fulfill their everyday lives. We respect each person’s desires, and work in unity to help them achieve their personal best on a daily basis.
Turning Leaf provides monthly enrichment programs that positively affect the individuals and allow them to maximize their creativity. Our programs promote innovation, socialization, and the opportunity to give back to others within the local communities.
We hire, train, and support staff by providing knowledge and equipping them with the many tools necessary to perform the essential job duties and beyond.
